Diocesan co-laborers program
A PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM DESIGNED TO INSPIRE AND SUPPORT YOUTH MINISTRY IN YOUR RURAL PARISHES
Together, let's bring in the harvest!
The Diocesan Co-Laborers Program (DCP) is RCYM’s partnership program for dioceses that want to invest in rural youth ministry. Frequent turnover, poor lines of communication, a lack of institutional trust, and heavy workloads are all common factors that strain chancery to rural parish relationships. As a former diocesan director for nearly a decade, founder Kevin Losleben knows the unique challenges that diocesan directors face in their mission to support rural parishes and the rural youth they seek to serve.
Becoming a diocesan co-laborer doesn’t mean adding another time-consuming, commitment-heavy, overarching youth ministry program to your plate. Nope. It just means inviting RCYM into your diocese (virtually, of course) in order to work directly with your rural parishes, helping them to create simple, sustainable, and effective youth ministry programs. Just set us to work in your vineyard and we’ll start tilling the soil, planting seeds, and nurturing the growth. Of course, we’ll give you regular progress reports as we go and will point your new youth ministers back to you: their local diocesan director of youth ministry!

Diocesan director? Not sure about becoming a co-laborer?
I totally get it; I used to be a diocesan director 😉
Let’s talk shop and see if there’s any way we can work together.
